Greenwald’s journey in the medical field began at the University of Southern California, where he completed his medical studies. Following this, he undertook Neurosurgical Residency and trained at the renowned Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. Since 1998, he has practiced in Florida and Southern California, helping patients recover motor skills and manage sleep disorders, migraines, neck pain, numbness, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), and strokes. One of Greenwald’s most memorable cases involved a young patient experiencing severe symptoms and hormonal imbalances, which led him to suspect a brain tumor in the pituitary region. His diagnosis was confirmed when a large tumor, known as a craniopharyngioma, was discovered. Through his expertise, Greenwald successfully removed the tumor, enabling the patient to return to a normal life.
